Job description
Ochsner Health seeks a Nursing Education Specialist to serve as a teacher, facilitator, and consultant, collaborating with nursing and management to implement education goals. You will assess needs, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate education activities to improve patient care and management systems.
You will design and evaluate educational programs, participate in professional groups, and coordinate training facilities while staying current with regulatory requirements and standards.
