Job description
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement RN to lead proactive efforts to minimize traumatic injuries and support vulnerable patients. You will oversee the Injury Prevention Program, acting as liaison to community groups and agencies to ensure ACS-aligned strategies and effective outreach.
You will develop and deliver targeted educational content, analyze injury data, and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
