This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to significantly impact patient outcomes through advanced clinical practice, collaborate with top-tier surgeons, and actively participate in the expansion of a growing trauma service line. Join us and leverage your expertise in a supportive and evolving surgical environment.

nEvery day you will provide high-quality care to both general surgery and trauma patients, including managing new general surgery consults when surgeons are off-site and immediately responding to trauma activations in the Emergency Department. You will also rotate clinic responsibilities, providing essential post-operative follow-up appointments and offering triage support as needed. This position involves a flexible schedule, primarily 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), with exciting discussions around potential swing shifts (Noon - Midnight) and overnight coverage, reflecting the impressive growth opportunities within our organization.

nTo be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, and strong interpersonal communication for effective team collaboration. Ideal candidates will demonstrate adaptability to evolving service line needs, embrace opportunities for professional development, and be passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered trauma care. Prior experience in trauma or surgical specialties is highly preferred, coupled with outstanding organizational capabilities to manage a diverse patient caseload.
