Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technician for a 13-week cardiology cath lab assignment requiring BLS, ACLS, and RCIS certification with cardiac and EP case experience.
Details
Work in a cardiology cath lab department
4x10 hour weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Call coverage 2-3 weekdays and every 2nd or 3rd weekend based on department needs
Rotating holiday call shared with regular staff
Uses Epic EMR
May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
RCIS certification required if applicable
Strong scrub experience with cardiac and EP cases with ability to pan
Experience with monitoring cases
Prior travel assignment experience preferred
Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
Perform scrubbing duties for cardiac and EP procedures and monitor cases as needed
Must have a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
Accepts local candidates at a reduced rate based on facility radius rule
