Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in a combined Emergency Room and Med Surg setting
Manage an average patient census of 5 patients per shift alongside one additional RN
Assess, monitor, and respond to a variety of emergency and medical-surgical patient needs during night shift hours
Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes across both service areas
Required QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
Preferred Experience / SkillsPrior experience in an Emergency Room or Med Surg setting
Comfort working in a small, rural hospital environment with a broad patient population
