Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mebane, North Carolina. You will work 40 hours per week, with eight-hour days, visiting patient homes and coordinating with a care team.
The ideal candidate holds an active PT license, BLS, at least one year of home health experience, and familiarity with OASIS-E and Medicare guidelines; EMR experience with Homecare Homebase, NetSmart, or Epic is preferred. Travel between homes is required.
