nRequirements: Must have acute inpatient experience; Level 1 experience required; Epic experience
nResponsibilities:
nnManage inpatient cases within a hospital setting, ensuring effective patient care coordination.n
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement discharge plans.n
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records throughout the shift.n
Support hospital operations during your scheduled shifts and respond to patient needs.n
Adapt to patient care requirements as dictated by unit protocols and care plans.n
