Medical Surgical Floor Nurse, MS Encompassing a fast-paced, 24-bed telemetry unit, this position requires clinically strong nurses capable of delivering compassionate care for short-stay patients. The role involves managing hypertensive urgency, stroke work-ups, titratable cardiac drips, acute infections, cardiac evaluations, and ESRD.
Job Details
Position Description: 1 year travel experience required. Contracts available for 36 to 48 hours per week, with every other weekend required. Holiday shifts may be scheduled based on unit needs.
Required Qualifications: Valid Nursys License; healthcare professional certification; 0 years minimum experience; work location in the United States; effective from 10/18/2026 to 01/16/2027.
Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The unit functions as an extension of the emergency department, necessitating immediate clinical decision-making and quick adaptation to patient needs. Candidates should possess strong telemetry skills and experience with cardiac and stroke assessments.
