Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable staten
At least 1 year of recent emergency department or acute care nursing experiencen
Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skillsn
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER nursing environmentn
Current clinical skills supporting safe, timely patient care
Flexibility and professionalism in a travel nursing assignmentn
Responsibilities
n Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needsn
Perform triage, assessments, and ongoing patient monitoring in the emergency departmentn
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment and discharge planningn
Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and hospital standardsn
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the medical recordn
Respond quickly and calmly to changes in patient conditionn
Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient experience in the ERn
