Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients presenting with a wide variety of needs, ranging from non-critical to emergent medical conditions
Deliver emergent and urgent mental health care as part of a comprehensive Emergency Department team
Care for patients arriving by walk-in or emergency transport
Provide critical cardiac and trauma care for both adult and pediatric patients
Perform moderate complexity testing in compliance with College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements
Required Qualifications
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
BLS (Healthcare Provider Level) required
ACLS required
TNCC required
PALS required
Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department setting
Experience caring for both adult and pediatric emergency patients
Familiarity with trauma and critical cardiac care protocols
