Description
As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg PCU, you will provide high-quality care to patients, focusing on their education and safety. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of equipment operation and follow strict infection control protocols, while maintaining accurate documentation. Flexibility is key, as you'll be expected to adapt to various departments as needed, especially during the busy holiday season.
