Schedule: Nights; approximately 3 shifts per weekn
Hours Per Week: 36n
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370n

Setting: Level 4 Labor & Delivery unitn
Job Requirements
n Minimum of 2 years of RN experience requiredn
Active Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license
Current BLS , ACLS , NRP , and STABLE certificationsn
Previous experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal-child nursing strongly preferredn
Strong written and verbal communication skillsn
Ability to meet pre-employment credentialing requirements, including background check and drug screenn
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbsn
Responsibilities
n Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and take prompt action to support safe, effective caren
Develop and update individualized nursing care plans for patients and familiesn
Respond appropriately in emergency situations and initiate resuscitative measures when neededn
Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitorsn
Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed therapeutic measuresn
Educate patients and families on preventive, curative, and rehabilitative caren
Document nursing interventions, patient responses, and coordination of care accurately and thoroughlyn
Delegate and provide direction to LPNs and unlicensed personnel as appropriaten
Support a safe, organized unit environment with proper supplies, equipment, and teamworkn
Promote professional, ethical, and patient-centered nursing practicesn
