Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15) | Expected 36–48 hours/week on alternating schedule
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry observation and medical-surgical intervention
Float to other Med/Surg and Telemetry units as assigned based on facility need
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using electronic health record systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing
Prior travel nursing experience required
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Cerner electronic health record system preferred
Demonstrated ability to float across multiple Med/Surg and Telemetry units
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
