ProKatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN Perioperative for a travel nursing job in San Luis Obispo, California.

Requirements nnnnnnnn
Rotating Shift; 5 x 8s. 6am to 14:30 or 8:30 to 1700 or 1000 to 1830; M - F. Call required. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and insurance documentation; minimum of 2 years experience as RNFA; must have experience in primary spine, ortho, and robot surgeries. Call is at least twice per week and every 3rd weekend. Must have Epic experience.

nnn n Graduate of a school of nursing: Required

n n Certification of completion of an approved didactic RNFA course: Required

n n Three years scrub and circulate experience in an acute care facility: Required
n
n n Annual surgeon review: Required
n
n nnLicenses/Certifications:
nnn n Current RN license in state of practice: Required
n
n n Basic Life Support (BLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
n
n n Advanced Cardiovascular?Life Support (ACLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
n
n n Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR): Required
n
n n Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Preferred
n
n n Current Professional Liability insurance: Required
n
n n Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: Required
n
n n Professional Liability Insurance (PLI): Required

n nnFacility Specific License/Certifications:
nnn n Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

n n AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
