LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Vero Beach, Florida.
Job Description & Requirements

Duration: 26 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel
Minimum 2 years PCU experience + ICU experience required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (before start)
EPIC experience (level 3–4) mandatory
Strong skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and cardiac drips (non-titration)
Must be willing to float within system hospitals
Nicotine-free (mandatory drug screen requirement)
