Job description
Use your physical therapy skills in an assisted-living setting in Concord, New Hampshire. This assignment focuses on outpatient-style therapy and rehabilitation services for residents.
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Specialty: Physical Therapist
Setting: Assisted living
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
Weekly hours: Confirm guaranteed hours with recruiter
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' mobility, strength and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions and track progress.
Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and exercises.
Document assessments and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
Active PT license or eligibility for New Hampshire licensure.
Physical therapy degree from an accredited program.
Relevant rehabilitation experience.
Ability to work day shifts in an assisted-living environment.
