Job description
Role: Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health services, providing patient care within patients' homes to promote recovery and mobility.
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized therapy plans, manage a diverse caseload, adhere to treatment protocols, and ensure high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours weekly.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, at least 2 years of home health experience, and ability to work in the U.S..
Preferred Skills: Experience with adult patients and familiarity with home health protocols. Float rotation may be required.
Key duties include providing rehabilitation and improving mobility in a home setting, managing a flexible caseload, and following established protocols.
