Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN PCU – Progressive Care Unit in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Job Summary
The nursing position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) involves providing specialized care for cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac surgical patients. The registered nurse must bring their license on the first day and possess a minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience. This role requires rotation shifts, including nights, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications: NH Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact License (proof of state residency required)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience in cardiac or step‑down care
Skills: Chest tubes, tubes, drips (Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, amiodarone), lines/tubes/drains for post‑surgical patients, tracheostomy/laryngectomy, telemetry, complex wounds, central line care and maintenance, blood draws, hemodynamic monitoring, invasive blood pressure monitoring via arterial lines, Nitro, primacor, dobutamine, dopamine drips, Bi‑PAP/C‑PAP, low dose pressors, vasoactive medications, and external pacers
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with epicardial wires and TR bands.
Additional Information: This position entails high‑acuity post‑surgical and cardiology patient care, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
