Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub in operating room procedures, providing direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
Ensure patient safety by adhering to strict aseptic techniques and facility protocols
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other OR staff to deliver optimal outcomes
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate documentation of all operative procedures and patient interactions
Participate in team briefings, debriefings, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications/Experience:
Active RN license in Iowa or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 1 year prior Operating Room RN experience
BLS certification; ACLS preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams

$2,468 - $2,611/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
