Key Qualifications:
Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-changing situations
Minimum of one year of recent experience in respiratory therapy preferred
Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality respiratory care for patients of all ages
Conduct diagnostic procedures-spirometry, arterial blood gases, etc.
Administer therapeutic interventions, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilator management
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
Maintain compliance with facility policies and standards of care
