Job description
Role: Registered Nurse in a Med Surg Progressive Care unit, providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment, including ICU or PCU settings.
Responsibilities:
Utilize nursing processes to deliver top-level care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications:
Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, ACLS, and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
Skills: Strong clinical skills in critical care, evidence-based practice, teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to continuous learning.
Key Duties: Provide comprehensive care in a dynamic setting, support team-based approach, and maintain safety standards to improve patient outcomes.
