Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in Greenwich, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Wound Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Coast guarantees stipend payments for facility-initiated call-offs and on-call shifts, giving you added peace of mind throughout your assignment Shift: 5x8/DAYS (8:30A-5P: Alternating Weekends), Length: 13 weeks, GT: 40, Start: 2 weeks from offer, POSITION REQUIREMENTS: at least 2 years of Home Health Wound Care experience, ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HOMECARE HOMEBASE/OASIS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR TO BE CONSIDERED, Experience with Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a bonus, Experience with on call / triage, Reliable and dependable, excellent time management skills, Professional, Customer service excellence, compassion and caring, Licensure in hand at time of submission, CANDIDATES DO NOT NEED TO BE WOUND CARE CERTIFIED What is Health Care Connectors on call schedule and expectation for this assignment? - On- call would be one to two weeks a month- from 530pm- 830 am weekdays. It entails phone triage, very rare does it require a home visit. 1- 2 weeks a month. What is Health Care Connectors productivity requirement for Wound Care RNs? - It is a 30 pt per week for full time Nurses. Our point system: - 1 revisit= 1pt , - SOC= 2pts , - ROC = 2pts - Recert =1.5pt - Oasis discharge =1.5pt Coast Medical Service Job ID .
