Job description
Altea Healthcare is seeking a physician to serve as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across Caldwell and Madisonville, TX areas. The role includes clinical oversight, attending quality meetings, and guiding facility staff to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.
You will also act as attending physician for residents, collaborating with NPs/PAs to manage day-to-day care, and delivering patient-centered primary care for acute and chronic conditions.
