Hourly Pay Range:
$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights:
Position: Registered Nurse - Treatment, Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center
Location: Evanston Hospital/Kellogg Cancer Center - Evanston, IL
Full Time | 40 hours/week
Hours: 4 days - 10 hour shifts between Monday - Friday (with 1 day off): 7:30am - 6pm, no weekends or holidays.
What you will do:
Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients in the Kellogg Cancer Center
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
Administer chemotherapy, medications and blood products
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
What you will need:
Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
Education: Associate's in Nursing, required . Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred
Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
Experience: Oncology and/or Outpatient Infusion Center experience preferred .
