Are you ready to take the next step in your insurance career and lead a high-performing team? Our client, a global specialty insurance group, is seeking an Underwriting Operations Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of 5–6 underwriting support professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5–6 Property Underwriting Assistants.
Develop personal growth plans and conduct performance reviews/appraisals.
Monitor workflow, SLAs, and capacity, ensuring smooth delivery of underwriting support.
Produce reports and performance metrics for senior leadership.
Partner with underwriters to provide pre-underwriting, rating, and client service support.
Act as the go-to resource for process improvements, system initiatives, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships through timely and professional service.
