Job description
Collared Martin Hospitality seeks an experienced F&B Floor Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive revenue, and manage inventory and labor. This role reports to the F&B Director and requires a passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development.
The position requires 2-5+ years in upscale dining, ServSafe and TiPs certification, and strong communication skills. Housing and comprehensive benefits are provided as part of the package.
