Urologist – Boston Medical Center Brighton Department of Surgery
Position Summary
Boston Medical Center – Brighton is seeking a full‑time, board‑certified/board‑eligible Urologist to join our Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical care in both outpatient and inpatient settings and will participate in our academic and educational mission.
Responsibilities
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, medical management, and surgical care for a broad range of adult urologic conditions
Outpatient office practice and inpatient consultation services
Procedural and operative responsibilities consistent with training and privileges
Participate in multidisciplinary care and collaborate with colleagues across specialties
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered clinical care for a diverse population
Support resident and medical student education
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
Completion of fellowship training in Urology
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
Interest in medical education and academic practice
Dedication to the mission of Boston Medical Center
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation and benefits consistent with experience. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, retirement, CME support, and malpractice coverage.
Compensation range: $385,619 - $458,541. The base salary will be determined based on various factors.
