Job description
Work Dates Needed: 1/1/2027 - Ongoing
Preferred Schedule: We need 24 hour coverage for our trauma center hospital. This 24 hour call coverage will begin at 7 am to 7 am in a 7 on 7 off model
Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Beds in Department:99, Hospital Stroke Certified, trauma level III.
Scope of Work: Physician Urology, Locum Call is For: Both, Call Type: Beeper, Call Response Time Required:20 minutes, Call Ratio:1, Phone Consults:5 ; Patients Per Shift:10
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN License or IMLC, BE/BC, ATLS, BLS, Fellowship Required.
EMR: Athena / Cerner.
Number of support staff to be supplied for the locum coverage: RNs:1, MAs:1 Office, Staff:2.

This hospital requires PCF enrollment. This is the vendor's responsibility.
