nLead the future of pharmacy operations at Walmart! As a Senior Pharmacy Manager II at our Central Fill located in Rogers, AR , you’ll drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth—making a direct impact on patient care and pharmacy innovation. This is a unique opportunity to shape large-scale pharmacy services in a dynamic, collaborative environment.About Health & Wellness Non-Store Operations:Our Central Fill team powers Walmart’s pharmacy services beyond the store, supporting retail and mail order operations across multiple states. We focus on optimizing prescription fulfillment, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with pharmacy leaders, drive key initiatives, and help us set new standards in health and wellness.
nWhat you'll do...
nnnOversee operational performance for Central Fill pharmacy services
n
nnEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA
n
nnManage and mentor pharmacy managers, supervisors, and associates
n
nnDrive business growth, utilization, and cost optimization
n
nnBuild relationships with retail pharmacies, providers, and vendor partners
n
n nWhat you’ll bring:
nnnBachelor’s or PharmD and 4+ years’ pharmacy experience (2+ years in management)
n
nnCurrent, unrestricted Arkansas pharmacist license (and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed)
n
nnStrong leadership and decision-making skills
n
nnExperience in retail or mail order pharmacy (preferred)
n
nnProven ability to drive operational and financial performance
n

nThe annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
