UV Print Machine OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a UV Print Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality printed components using specialized UV printing equipment while supporting production and quality goals. Read below for more information!Set up and operate UV printing equipment, including loading inks and adjusting machine settingsLoad, position, and align materials for accurate printing productionMonitor print quality, color accuracy, and machine performance during production runsPerform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on UV printing equipmentEnter production data, job information, and maintenance records into EpicorOrganize and prioritize print jobs to meet production schedules and deadlinesFollow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures while supporting process improvementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of manufacturing experienceMinimum of 3 months of UV printing experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read, write, and follow work instructions in EnglishBasic computer skills and accurate data entry experienceAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify print quality issuesBasic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance skills preferredKnowledge of color management, printing processes, or graphic arts is a plusAbility to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screenAbility to wear required PPE, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protectionEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
