Job description
Sealed Air is seeking a Value Stream Leader for the Liquibox operation in Minnesota. Under the Plant Manager, you will drive manufacturing processes through continuous improvement, crafting strategy and guiding performance leaders to meet site goals.
You will lead Lean Six-Sigma initiatives, manage production plans, and coordinate with functional leaders to optimize resources, safety, and efficiency while delivering profitable growth.
