nPosition Overview:
nJoin our team as a Vestibular Physical Therapist, where you’ll deliver specialized, patient‑centered care to help individuals overcome dizziness, balance disorders, and mobility challenges. You’ll independently evaluate patients, develop customized treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based vestibular rehabilitation that improves function and quality of life.
nThis role offers clinical autonomy, meaningful patient connections, and the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. You’ll also support professional growth by supervising assistants and mentoring students, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and care excellence.

nEDUCATION:
nGraduate of an accredited physical therapy program
nOR graduate of an accredited physical therapy program that can be demonstrated with a valid PT license
nCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
nPT-Physical Therapist
nOR Will also consider approved license applicant or resident training program employee.
nBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
nDEPARTMENT-SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
nDepartment: Home Health, DL-Valid Drivers License
nDepartment: Home Health, AUTO-Automobile Insurance
nTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
n2 years of recent relevant experience
nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
nCritical thinking, complex problems solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently.
nKnowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
nMust be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
nComputer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
nDemonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.
nAble to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.
nKeeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement.

nPay Range is $119,396.16 to $167,132.16 / annual salary
nThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
