Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to help guide the team and support the Practice Manager in maximizing hospital productivity. The role includes client education, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a positive work environment.
The Shift Lead will also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed, supervise staff, and uphold Banfield protocols and dress standards.
