Job description
We’re building enterprise-owned AI agents that are post-trained on a company’s own workflows and operate within its existing permission and audit boundaries. Our goal is to help large enterprises automate complex work, improve AI quality, and capture institutional knowledge.
We’re looking for a founding GTM leader to build the commercial side of the company alongside the founders. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to shape our first customer relationships, contracts, pricing, partnerships, and repeatable go-to-market motion.
What You’ll Do
Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and other senior enterprise leaders.
Turn broad AI priorities into well-scoped, funded programs and long-term enterprise partnerships.
Own the commercial journey from first conversation through pilot, production deployment, and expansion.
Navigate security, procurement, legal, pricing, and contracting within complex enterprise organizations.
Help define GTM strategy, pricing, packaging, partnerships, and the design partner program.
Work closely with product and research teams to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to different paths, including strategy consulting, investing, technology banking, enterprise strategy, corporate development, or founding GTM roles at enterprise software or AI companies.
A track record of building credibility with senior enterprise executives and creating opportunities without relying on inbound leads or an established brand.
Experience navigating complex organizations and closing high-value enterprise partnerships or transactions.
Technical fluency and the ability to translate sophisticated AI capabilities into clear business value.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building the playbook rather than inheriting one.

This is a pre-investment, founding-team opportunity with significant founding equity and highly competitive cash compensation. You’ll have the opportunity to meaningfully shape the company, product, and commercial strategy from the ground up.
