Overview
Job Title: Visiting Assistant Professor - Emerging Technology in Business and Design
Department: Emerging Technology in Business and Design
Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term). Pay Type: Salary. Salary will be commensurate with the level of the position, education, and experience. Benefit Eligible: Yes.
Responsibilities
Teach courses to include motion graphics, interactive media, technology applications, and experiential design.
Develop immersive experiential design curricula.
Develop and manage lab facilities for immersive extended reality.
Advise students and provide service to the university.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in entertainment design production and/or creative direction.
Experience in motion graphics, interactive VFX, and experiential design.
Consideration may be given to candidates with:
An accomplished teaching record in immersive extended reality.
Curricular development in immersive experiential design.
An accomplished record of guiding senior project work.
