Vice President, Business Development / Director of Industrial Sales & Operations
Location: Beverly, NJ

What You’ll Be Doing
Generate and close new business across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, water treatment, and industrial manufacturing sectors
Lead proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
Oversee projects from award through closeout, ensuring schedule, margin, and quality targets are met
Align estimating, scope, fabrication, and field execution teams
Support continuous improvement in project delivery and operational performance
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
Extensive background in industrial mechanical contracting or related services
Proven ability to drive business development and project delivery
Strong expertise in estimating, project economics, and contract negotiation
Experience working in regulated or process-driven manufacturing environments
