Job description
State Street seeks an AOP Knowledge Lead to build and manage enterprise-wide process knowledge that underpins AI-driven automation and agent-based systems within the Agentic AI Program.
You will convert AOPs into structured, machine-readable knowledge assets in a Knowledge Graph, lead SME workshops, define standards, and partner with engineering and AI teams to enable scalable deployment across Global Delivery.
