Handler is partnering with Enloe , a longtime leader in construction and branding solutions for the retail fueling industry, to identify its next VP / General Manager .
Acquired by Blueline Ventures in 2026, Enloe is entering an exciting stage of growth and professionalization. We’re looking for a hands-on operator and business builder who can bring greater structure, financial visibility, and accountability while earning the trust of a long-tenured team.
What You’ll Own
Full P&L responsibility for an ~$11–12M business
Growth toward $14–15M revenue and 15%+ EBITDA
Job costing, margin visibility, and operational discipline
Implementation of BuildOps and adoption of EOS
Leadership-team development and organizational accountability
Sales pipeline and revenue-forecasting discipline
What We’re Looking For
Direct P&L ownership in construction or construction-related field services
Proven ability to improve gross margin by 3–5+ points
Strong command of job costing, direct/indirect costs, and margin drivers
A hands-on, field-credible leadership style
FSM/ERP implementation experience is a plus
EOS experience is a strong plus
This is a builder role—not a caretaker role. The right leader will be humble enough to learn what has made Enloe successful for 50 years and confident enough to build what it needs for the next 50.
