Job description
Pinnacle Living, a faith-inspired nonprofit senior living provider in Virginia, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the organization’s HR strategy and people initiatives. The role reports to the COO and requires hands-on, strategic leadership to align workforce programs with the mission.
The VP, HR will partner with senior leaders to recruit, develop and engage staff across independent living, memory care and skilled nursing, ensuring an exceptional resident and team experience.
