Job description
RefrigiWear in Dallas, TX is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the West region, spanning Texas to California. You will inherit an eight-person sales team, define and implement a disciplined sales process, CRM, and account planning, and drive growth across multiple locations.
You will separate strategic account management from site-level execution, set KPIs, and partner with cross-functional leaders to align commercial priorities.
