Job description
Exa is hiring its first VP of Post-Sales to design and own the post-deal organization. You will build onboarding, health scoring, renewals, and support operations, with Net Dollar Retention as the headline metric, reporting to the CRO.
Based in the Bay Area preferred, but exceptional candidates may work remotely within the US. Compensation includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits, commensurate with experience. Exa is an equal opportunity employer.
