With our best-in-class product and services portfolio and our massive scale, there are endless opportunities for you to build your career with us.A Day in The Life of a Warehouse AssociateAs a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas. With a focus on quality, you will perform quality assurance inspections to ensure shipments are accurate and meet the requirements of customer orders.Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipmentsPerform quality inspections, log discrepancies and take appropriate steps to correct errorsVerify supplier returns and enter order receiptsRelocate and consolidate materialPrepare and assemble packing listsPack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucksWhat's in it for YouWesco is not just a job, but a company where you can learn, develop, and build your career! Join us as we build, connect, power, and protect the world.Compensation Details $17.35 - $24.29 Per HourThis amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
