Under the leadership of a designated Manager, the Warehouse Associate will support the efficient handling of Toyota parts and accessories through tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. The Warehouse Associate helps maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment to meet customer and dealer needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and teamwork to uphold the high standards of quality expected at the PDC.As a Warehouse Associate you will:Perform a variety of warehouse functions, including but not limited to unloading, sorting, stocking, palletizing, picking, packing, staging, replenishing, loading parts, and conducting cycle counts throughout the shiftSafely operate various types of material handling equipment (e.g., reach truck, forklift, tugger)Use radio frequency (RF) scanners to accurately scan parts and labels to ensure precise inventory trackingCount, label, and verify parts with accuracyFollow all safety rules and procedures; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; properly use tools and equipment; wear required personal protective equipment (PPE); and promptly report safety incidents/ hazardsMeet or exceed established standards for quality, productivity, and accuracyHave timely, consistent, and predictable attendanceAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and job-specific instructionsPerform other related duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operationsWhat We Need From YouHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required0 - 2 years of related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent time management and problem solving skillsAbility to read and comprehend written and oral English instructions, standard operating procedures, and memosHave a positive and cooperative attitude, the ability to multi-task, and work within a teamValid Driver's License RequiredTravel Requirements Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 5% of the time and on a domestic basis).Join Us The Friedkin Group and its affiliates are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities, including providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
