The Position
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, we need someone who’s ready to lead from the floor-not from behind a desk. This is not an administrative-only position. You’ll be immersed in all aspects of our operation, learning the business from the ground up while making a direct and lasting impact.
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
At least 1 year of management experience in a furniture distribution center
What You’ll Do
Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery.
Roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team when needed - lead by example.
Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and team culture.
Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders.
Route delivery trucks in coordination with Branch Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams.
Handle delivery issues as they arise - creatively and proactively.
Manage triage, inspect returned product, and approve inventory for restocking.

Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.
Physically capable - able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, and stay active throughout the day.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Qualifications
Previous experience managing a furniture warehouse (residential) strongly preferred.
Proven leadership in team rebuilding and operational improvement.
Forklift certified or willing to obtain AFR certification.
Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and managing operational KPI.
