Join our team and bring your best self to the table.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:General reception tasks - direct incoming calls, take messages to relay, answer questions, etc.Schedule incoming trailer appointments for all departments.Manage inventory for in house market.Prepare outgoing and special reports while obtaining necessary data and information from various sourcesIdentify problems and conduct research necessary to assemble information for reviewLog and attain signatures for basic billing documentsCoordinate employee luncheons, set up and tear down of lunches, dinners for business meetingsAssist in the development of presentation materials.Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects as assigned by a variety of departmentsPerform scanning and other general administrative tasksOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Proficient in office skills with a very strong emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite software skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Considerable experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously is required at this levelMust be able to prioritize work assignments to complete tasks timely and accuratelyStrong communication skills; oral and writtenSignificant customer service experience, utilizing strong interpersonal skills requiredConfidential in nature, ability to handle sensitive information with discretionStrong aptitude with numbers, attention to detailDetailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and personnelThorough knowledge of technical and business vocabularyGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Team Player – ability to work with multiple team members on a variety of assignmentsOur 290,000 associates have a passion for great service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
