Soltis Investment Advisors, a nationwide, fee-only Registered Investment Advisory Firm, has been delivering innovative investment solutions since 1993. We create, build, and manage wealth for individuals and institutions, allowing our clients to focus on life’s most important pursuits.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Wealth Management Analyst to join our growing Boston office.

Your Role

As a Wealth Management Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in delivering exceptional investment and planning services to our clients. You will work alongside senior advisors and planning teams to help develop, organize, and present financial strategies. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow within the wealth management field, with a long-term path toward becoming a financial advisor or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Primary responsibilities include:

Prepare quarterly investment review materials

Analyze and organize financial data for current and prospective clients

Construct investment proposals and recommendations

Prepare components of comprehensive financial plans

Participate in client and prospect meetings alongside senior advisors

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (finance or related field preferred)

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to become proficient, with financial CRM systems and wealth management industry software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Coachable, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Preference

1–2 years of experience in finance, financial services, or a related field
