Zoom, a global leader in virtual communications, seeks a Digital Experience Specialist to shape how visitors discover, explore, and convert on zoom.com. You will audit product and landing pages, draft A/B test copy, optimize for SEO, and contribute to reusable templates and governance for 30+ pages, collaborating with marketing, product marketing, design, SEO, and web engineering.
You will build dashboards in Amplitude to track conversions, surface insights, and support cross-functional teams
