Weekend CNC Mill MachinistLake Mills, WI | Friday–Sunday | $29–$44/hour Including Shift DifferentialThree days on. Four days off. And an extra $5/hour for working the weekend.We're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist who knows their way around setups, offsets, tooling, and tight tolerances. If you'd rather spend your time actually machining than simply loading parts and pushing a button, this could be a great fit.You'll work with advanced CNC milling equipment producing complex precision components in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.Pay, Schedule & Benefits$24–$39/hour, based on experience+$5/hour weekend shift differentialFriday–Sunday | 5:00 AM–5:00 PMWork three 12-hour shiftsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFSA and HSA optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid holidays and PTOStable, growing manufacturer with advanced machining technologyWhat You'll Be DoingSet up CNC mills and complete production changeoversMake tooling, offset, and work-coordinate adjustmentsRead, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programsPerform prove-outs and resolve machining issuesInspect finished components using precision measuring equipmentMonitor tooling, machine performance, and part qualityComplete required production and quality documentationSupport preventative maintenance and maintain an organized, safe work areaWhat We're Looking For2+ years of CNC machining experienceStrong CNC mill setup experienceExperience with VMCs, HMCs, and/or multi-axis millsAbility to independently perform offsets, adjustments, and prove-outsStrong blueprint reading and GD&T skillsExperience with precision measuring and inspection equipmentKnowledge of cutting tools, workholding, speeds, and feedsAbility to troubleshoot machining and quality problemsValid driver's licenseEven Better If You HaveExperience with AS9100 or ISO-regulated manufacturing, Mastercam, Esprit, JobBOSS, Epicor, Lean manufacturing, or training/mentoring other machinists is a plus.Ready for a Better Weekend?If you're a skilled CNC Mill Machinist who likes the idea of working three days and having four days off, let's talk.Bring the machining skills.
