Weekend ReceptionistMedical Suites at Oak Creek – Oak Creek, WisconsinPart Time Saturday & Sunday 1:00PM-7:00PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term CareMedical Suites at Oak Creek is looking for a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our long term care facility.Job Requirements:1+ year of experience in data entry or office supportPrior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferredStrong communications skills (oral and written)Outstanding customer service skillsJob Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accuratelyProvide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as neededManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policiesAssist with clerical duties such as filing and data entrySupport various departments and administrative tasks as assignedWhy Join Medical Suites at Oak Creek?We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
