Job description
Welder / FabricatorWe are currently seeking experienced Welders / Fabricators for full-time opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This position is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to work instructions, drawings, quality requirements, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and weld metal components according to job specifications and production requirements.Read and interpret work orders, drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment.Produce quality welds while maintaining required production standards.Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy.Perform leak testing on applicable tanks and components.Identify welding or fabrication defects and assist with troubleshooting and failure analysis.Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Complete assigned work efficiently to meet daily production requirements.Perform additional fabrication or production duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred.Ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions, and basic blueprints.Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safe welding practices.Ability to inspect completed work and identify quality issues.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.Dependable attendance and ability to meet production expectations.Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with a manufacturing and welding environment.
